Due to the fast pace of the computer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, but mistakes do occur, and we must reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. If you have ordered an item that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.

The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.

If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

The products or prices displayed on our web site may not available for our retail store.

Software Products

Defective software products may be exchanged for the same title only. Non-defective software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances, unless the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee (MBG). All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.

RMA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.

In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by DATECH.

Product photos are representative only and product appearance and/or packaging may vary. Unless specifically stated otherwise, monitors are sold separately from computer systems, even when pictured with a monitor.

We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product changes or discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors.

Terms, conditions and policies are subject to change without notice. DATECH is not responsible for late or delayed shipments or system failures. DATECH retains title to items purchased until said items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time the title passes to purchaser.

If you purchase items for the purpose of export, you must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation, and that responsibility is solely yours. The terms of our agreements with some vendors represented in our online and print advertisements forbid us from exporting their products. Also, some products are not available for sale to schools.

All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to benefit and without intent to infringe on the holder of the mark. The DATECH logo and all other distinctive logos, marks and graphic elements are trademarks of DATECH ,  and are subject to applicable trademark protections.

DATECH is allowed to terminate the work of the site at any chosen time without prior notice. The company reserves a right to disallow an access to the site or certain parts of  it to any chosen user.

·  Governing law

Transactions between you and DATECH shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and cannot be modified except in a written agreement signed by both parties.

·  Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

DATECH expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. DATECH shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise, even if DATECH or an authorized representative of DATECH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All merchandise is sold "as is." DATECH makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system downtime, lost data, etc. This disclaimer by DATECH in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any. DATECH does not warrant that the functions contained in any product sold will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. DATECH does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of any product purchased in terms of its compatibility, correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.

You (and not DATECH) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall DATECH's total liability to you for any and all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to DATECH for the specific merchandise at issue.
